IMac mini has arrived

I picked up the package today that contained the Imac Mini I purchased. I've installed Tracktion and I'll be mixing as soon as I get a chance. Now that the transaction dust has settled, I'm going to put the Alesis mixer up on EBay and buy the Beringher USB mixer. Once (If) I get my old monitor fixed, I'll put that in the Pot of Gold. If i can't get that fixed, I'll buy an apple monitor that would fit (i'm hoping to avoid the cost but would enjoy the luxury).

i've talked to rick at parson audio. He is the supplier for northeastern's music department. He is getting prices on the pieces of the ideal suitcase studio I'm missing.

I've also sent an e-mail to whirlwind, a company that makes custom stage boxes. I told him all i would need and how it would need to be lined up to be mounted into the pot of gold. he said it would be similar to something they had done before.
